Christina is Certified Nurse Midwife and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with many years of experience in home birth. Since her initial exposure to home birth in 1993, she has worked with direct entry midwives, certified nurse midwives and medical doctors in gaining experience attending home births. She graduated from UIC in 2006 with her advanced practice degree in midwifery and women’s health.

Christina has a great respect for the natural process of pregnancy, birth and lactation believing that women were created by God with the natural ability to do these things well. She cares for women with a wholistic focus and works together with other healing arts professionals to provide a greater scope of  care for her clients.

She has been married since 1999 and has 3 children. She teaches her children at home. Her family is actively involved in their local church. She enjoys outdoor sports including hiking, running, biking and playing catch with her kids and dog in the back yard. She enjoys reading Francine Rivers, C.S. Lewis and really, anything inbetween.

Stephanie Rosekelly
Stephanie graduated from UIC in the Spring of 2011. She has practiced as a Labor and Delivery nurse at a hospital in Chicago for a few years, where she was known as the nurse who loved taking patients desiring natural birth. She is thrilled to be finally fulfilling her dream of working as a Certified Nurse Midwife, attending home births.

She has a passion for treating pregnancy and birth as normal processes, and believes in the abilities God has given women to birth their babies and mother their children.

Stephanie has been married since 2008. She and her husband lived in Chicago until May 2011, where they were very active in their local church, with Stephanie serving as the coordinator of the Children's Ministry. Stephanie has many hobbies including gardening, canning/jamming, knitting, sewing, making safe cosmetic products, and cooking from scratch.
